Have you ever started dating someone and they display all the wonderful habits and actions that show you they are really into you, that they may even love and adore you almost immediately? And then, out of the blue they say or do something that completely throws you off centre and you have no idea what has happened. In your gut you know it’s not good, but in your heart you let it be. This is the story of my experience of being love bombed and all the confusion, distress and emotional turmoil that went with it. It wasn’t good, but hopefully by reading this you will be able to protect yourself from what was, for me, a horrendous experience. It’s not just a story, it’s a warning!!
